The data available from the web of the Antarctic Network of NILU-UV radiometers is real-time data and is considered to be provisional. Please contact with the web master to know the last data QC/QA. When you use data from the Antarctic Network of NILU-UV Radiometers in a publication or presentation we kindly ask that you include an acknowledgment as follows: Data from ... was provided by the Antarctic Network of NILU-UV radiometers, managed by Izaña Atmospheric Research Center, Meteorological State Agency of Spain (AEMET) in cooperation with the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI), Finland, Dirección Nacional del Antártico-Instituto Antártico Argentino (DNA/IAA), Argentina and the Centro Austral de Investigaciones Científicas (CADIC), Argentina.
We would also appreciate copies of publications that use Antarctic Network of NILU-UV data. There are two types of data to download, daily data and summary files with the solar noon data. For both there are two versions of the data version 1.1 and version 1.2 depending of the available stability check. We perform a stability test (lamp test), every two weeks. The v 1.1 is for the data extending the last available stability check, and the version 1.2 is when the data has been processed using before and after lamp test. The v1.1 is updated daily and v1.2 every two weeks when the lamp test is performed. |
